Normal Monday through Friday:

• We answer the telephones:

  • Monday through Friday: 8AM to 7PM EST

  • Assembly and rebuild/recell employees are usually here on Saturday.

  • Other hours: Voice mail, eMail,

  • If no one can get the call, we are on other lines, in assembly helping, it is a holiday / weekend, ice / wet snow, seasonal flu / intestinal bugs, or simply very early in the morning or late in the evening; Please, if you leave a message we will call you back as soon as we can.  If you have Caller ID Block, Please press *82 before dialing.  You may also E-Mail  using the complete directory list but the above still applies.  Adding more staff reduces our ability to compete with the Chinese and still supply you the excellent quality product that has built our 19 year old name.

• For clients in other countries with great time zone spans telephone communication time can be arranged.  There is also email.

• We are a small company with a growing client base. 

• We usually start work at 7:30AM working up until about 7:30PM.

• We were working much longer hours and all weekends for some time but it took a great toll on everyone's health which has a lot to do with my extreme length of recovery from December 02 - December 24, 2008.

If you need to communicate in another language we have salespeople from Brazil, China, Germany, Iran, Jordan, Mexico, Poland, Russia, and Turkey.  Send an email and let us know the language, the proper salesperson will contact you.

Winter Hours, very cold to extreme cold:  Cold weather started eight weeks early this year. 2008

11AM - 5PM EST, M-F

It takes from 8AM until about 11AM to get the building warm enough to work.  It is dark by 5:30 and the temperature is dropping quickly.  By next winter we will have this resolved.  Our landlord inherited the building and new as much as us about the building.

Holidays:

• January 1st. Closed!

• Easter

  • Easter Sunday

    • The only vacation we will get is to coordinate the NAB with the team.

    • Most of the team could never afford to travel far from home.  Gas prices have an additional negative effect.

    • Our almost elected has gas at a price where we are all already car pooling even to lunch.

    • Some of the staff work the tradeshows with me.

    • I pay for this trip anyway so for team members that go with me I maintain lodging another three days and I am able to get three days off with my wife.

• Memorial Day Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

• July 4th (If the 4th lands on Friday or Monday it is a three day weekend)

• Labor Day Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

• Thanksgiving (Out by 3PM EST on Wednesday and back on Monday)

• Christmas (Out by 1PM EST on the 21st through December 25) Inventory somewhere between the 29th and 31st.

• New Years Eve (Close by 1PM to get home before the drunks get on the road).

• Vacations:  Will be up on the website here and in the Contact Us section two weeks before vacation. 

• For three years the owner and sometimes others here have worked through our primary holidays in order to satisfy the needs of clients, some who pose themselves as being in a real bind or emergency.  This has kept us from family and friends including a close friend and extended family member who was murdered in June 2005.  This has burned at our hearts greatly.  From August 2005 forward, No matter what the emergency, we will be taking the listed holidays.
