Before you have Rathbone rebuild your film pack consider what in 2008, we have encountered in parts accessibility, plus the nickel cadmium issue.  As these film packs wear with age parts need to be replaced.  In 2008 we were no longer able to find many important replacement parts for several brand if not all of these old film packs rendering the new rebuild useless to the client.  Even though we would like to have the profit, if we rebuild the pack with fresh, high end battery cells and the packs are performing at peak, peak is sometimes too much for the worn out parts and relays.  We strongly encourage a new look at our lithium ion technology.

Sanyo KR5000DEL and KR7000F Fast charge, "D & F" cells, 500 full charge discharge cycles (CD), low internal resistance,  handles heat best, most durable, 2x2x3 configuration, manufacturers brand labeled PVC shrink, heat shrink weld tabs, fiber tube enclosures, fiber top and bottom insulators, new scratch resistant plastic Faceplates with client name and phone number.  Safety Precautions.  When only the best will do. 

We Do NOT use third world or brand name low end "economical" or consumer grade battery cells. 

These Film block battery pack rebuild or insert units are built with the best cell options for that particular pack.  Cell quality first, cost second.  ^SM

Each battery stack is individually insulated by paper tubes for improved durability against hard bumps and elevated temperatures. We recycle wherever possible.

The integrity of the pack is achieved by glue (which is injected between each stack) and reinforced tape. Stacks are interconnected with nickel plated weld tabs for extra low resistance.
