After the armed robbery on October 10, 2009 and Needing a new environment, in an organized manner, we
have been moving out of that building as weather allows. Internet is
now back up and telephones are now re-connected and as of May 20, 2010, the
defective cat 5 wire has been repaired, If you call and get voice
mail, leave a message.
Phone Voice Mail: March 24, 2008 through January 2009,
2 separate catastrophic events, emergency relocation, and issues with AT&T sent us to
an alternate phone service and building. During this time a dozen or
less new clients thought we were closed.
If no one can get the
call, we are on other lines, ALL in assembly helping on orders, it is a holiday / weekend,
ice / wet snow, seasonal flu / intestinal bugs, or simply very early in the morning or late in the
evening; Please, if you leave a (1) message regarding a new sales order someone will call you back as soon as
we can. If you

list but the above still applies. Adding more staff reduces
our ability to compete with the Chinese and still supply you the excellent
quality product that has built our 21 year old name.

including a DOD attorney, A new LLC will be created for each separate market
as those infrastructure funds become available, 18-24 months away, maybe.

We are
in a "sleeves rolled up" small business environment. Everyone here
catches calls or voice mail, writes up orders, receives, packs and ships, and helps
the techs as needed. We custom assemble every battery pack to client
specifications and we are very good.

Since mid-January 2008, Credit Card charge backs have
affected our banking accounts, cash flow, our vendor relations, our
ability to purchase inventory, and our nerves to the point where we have
been forced to turn ALL credit card charge backs over to attorneys to
collect ALL charges caused by the credit card charge back, no joke. Never pay an attorney up front, never!
Depending on current cash flow and outstanding checks to vendors or
credit cards these credit card charge backs can easily cause over
$1,000.00 in fees per incident.

In a good or bad economy we receive many communications,
But we are in and economic depression which is very different.

We are SO Thankful that we receive hundreds of emails per day,

We are SO Thankful that we receive +/- 65 incoming sales calls,
voice mails, and new
orders per day. Between us we receive > 400 emails per day, and as we
try to do all things, the voice mail will overflow. If we add more
staff we cannot compete with the Chinese and Still give you the Quality
that has built our Excellent 21 year old company name and quality
reputation.

We custom assemble hundreds of new battery packs new inserts, and
rebuild hundreds of different type batteries. We always have a lot to
catch up on in returning telephone calls and emails. There is back
office check in and receiving, front office sales entry, invoicing, and
money processing, money management and purchase orders, and everything
involved with battery assembly as well as rebuilding batteries, and then
packing and shipping. There are many steps involved.

800 number pulled. For
years our 800 number
had been abused by non-paying consultants wanting us to do their work
for free, people looking for a middle east travel agency, a fraternal
order of police donation line, and a military base among others. We have considered establishing a 900 number but the world
credit card distributors have clearly proven not to support the merchant
when a proven frivolous charge back is claimed.
